Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the initial telephone contact with interested parties
- You represent the company and provide comprehensive information about our services
- You carefully prepare the gained information in order to effectively support our sales team
- You will also maintain and expand our contact database to include important companies and contacts in the ERP sector
- The organisation of presentation appointments between interested parties and our sales staff is also part of your area of responsibility
Your profile:
- You have a technical or commercial education and have already gained some practical experience in telemarketing and/or sales assistance
- Your strong communication skills are reflected in a flawless oral and written expression
- You can convince our potential new customers with your positive nature, expertise and sovereignty
- Your way of working is characterised by a high sales orientation as well as a pronounced service mentality
- Secure user knowledge with MS Office programs, ideally even with CRM systems
- Very good German skills in speaking and writing
