Your tasks:

  • As member of our support team, you perform technical analyses and problem solving on the system of our customers
  • In doing so you have direct contact with our customers (as well in matters of programming issues)
  • You analyse and answer questions and solve problems around our ERP-System
  • To develop our product, you work closely together with our development department and our product management

Your profile:

  • You have good knowledge concerning MS SQL Server, MS IIS und Microsoft-system software
  • Experience with HTML, Java, Javascript/Typescript, C# (.NET), Subversion and XML desirable
  • Besides you have some experience in more than one field: Powershell, Batch Scripting, VMware (Deployment, Snapshots), LAN / WAN, Routing, TCP/IP
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as knowledge in the English language in speech and writing round your profile off
